I’m currently at uni and Im not really much good for a casual job so im wondering if I should try and make some money on ebay. I have loads of old clothes that i want to get rid of but I don’t have much else to sell. What should I know? Is it worth it considering ebay charges you for listing?
Start with your stuff to get feedback and then approach local businesses and students to sell their stuff online on Ebay (and elsewhere) for commissions. There are people making decent income on Ebay, Amazon, Half, Overstock, etc. but it’s not guaranteed. If you sell for others, get a contract written and get a business license to write off unsold stuff and fees and such. Ebay is a medium… it’s not a true business.
